Please read these terms carefully before using Chati's WhatsApp Business API platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Chati, a product of Crunchy Media Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp Business API platform, multi-channel messaging services, automation tools, and related features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
Service Description
Chati provides a comprehensive business messaging platform that includes:
- •WhatsApp Business API integration for broadcast messaging, chatbots, and customer engagement
- •Multi-channel messaging across RCS, SMS, Instagram Direct Message, and Facebook Messenger
- •AI-powered chatbots and conversational automation
- •Customer Data Platform (CDP) with analytics, segmentation, and reporting tools
- •Automation workflow builder and drip marketing campaigns
- •Live chat inbox with team collaboration features
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Chati or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform except as incidental to normal use or as expressly authorized in writing by Chati.
Your Usage Rights
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- ✕Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in any form of harassment through our Platform
- ✕Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- ✕Use the Platform to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
- ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or computer systems
- ✕Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
- ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
- ✕Use the Platform to violate WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's Terms, or platform-specific policies
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

Payment Terms and Billing
Chati offers various subscription plans and pay-as-you-go pricing models. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to:
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
- •Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
- •Provide valid payment information and authorize automatic recurring billing (if applicable)
- •Pay WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs) or message credits as per platform usage
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or will be error-free. We reserve the right to:
- •Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform with or without notice
- •Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
- •Update features, APIs, or integrations to improve functionality or security
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chati and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
- •Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- •Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- •Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
In no event shall Chati's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

- •We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
- •Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- •You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.
