6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform is subject to the laws of INDIA. The competent courts and tribunals of Bhubaneswar shall have jurisdiction. If the user is a consumer, the applicable jurisdiction is determined by current INDIA legislation.
